"Raised on a small island off the coast of mainland New Zealand I grew up with the natural environment of sea and forest as my play ground. As a formally trained Architect who practised architecture for 20 years my artwork celebrates the ability of flora and fauna to encroach on human built architecture and inhabit such spaces with no boundaries instead of vice versa as is so often the case now days."
