Judy Whitmyre

Mixed Media artist, Judy Whitmyre, has had a long term love affair with art since she was a small child. Her works are generally referred to as abstract expressionism which encompasses the use of fiber and fabric within the body of her painting. Her love of texture is evident in each work and is a natural extension of her love and regard for the natural world. Sometimes referred to as a resemblance to European Frescos, her work is earthy and organic. The paintings of Judy Whitmyre are in prominent collections throughout the world.
