“My art is created by layering many different mediums. I start with a troweled plaster that I may embed with leaves, grasses or weeds. This is then followed by multiple steps of metallic waxes, pigment powders, acrylics, and stains until I achieve the depth I want. It is then finished with a top coat that enhances the richness of the colors."
