  Multi Dimensional and subject matter diverse artist, Melissa Behr, has introduced her newest series of fine art work known as “Journeys” exclusively at the Vickers Collection Fine Art Galleries in Vail and Aspen, Colorado.

  Each of us throughout our life experiences a journey of some form, a transition of time, a collection of memories, travel experience, and family.

  Artist, Melissa Behr, newest work is unique in that it allows a collector to commission the artist to create a one of a kind fine art work in which the subject matter is that of the individual collectors “Journey”. Once a collector has determined the size of a desired artwork and in conjunction with the gallery the cost of said work, the collector is then put in contact directly with the artist to discuss and define the work to be executed specifically for the collector. Behr is exceptional in amassing a dreamlike element in each work, she explores and examines themes with her client which together with personal photographs furnished by the collector she is able to integrate personal photography and fine art painting that combines the artist’s free association of the real and unreal.

  The current photos posted on this websites are in Vickers Collection Galleries both in Aspen and Vail, Colorado and are available for viewing to assist a collector in determining the nature of the artwork to be created with the artist to arrive at a personally executed artwork to be enjoyed and displayed in any home of office.
